For 20 years, Katrina Smith has helped buyers and sellers move with confidence, on their timeline and with as little stress as possible. Her clear communication, straightforward advice, and steady follow-through keep clients informed at every step.
Katrina has served at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. At the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS® (BRAR), she has chaired Education, Community Service, Budget, and Policy & Procedures and served on the Affiliate and Awards Committees. She has also held multiple roles on the BRAR Board of Directors.
A graduate of the Virginia REALTORS® Leadership Academy (Class of 2011), she served as the 2023 President of Virginia REALTORS® and continues as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, along with service on numerous state and national committees. Her engagement keeps her current on policy, professionalism, and best practices, benefits she brings directly to her clients.
Katrina is the proud mother of Dominique, a James Wood High School graduate and devoted JW Colonel. As a former band mom, she still lights up when the marching band takes the field.
At home, Katrina and her husband, Greg, are perpetual project partners, tackling everything from building their own in-ground pool to creating an outdoor kitchen. (Yes, she occasionally “helps” create more work for him. God bless that man!) Their lively household includes three dogs and a cat. Ask to see photos and she’ll happily share.
What you can expect from Katrina: clear and straightforward guidance, proactive communication, calm solution-focused negotiation, and a trusted advocate with a genuine, people-first approach.
